Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy
Welcome to (the ‘Site’). Here at (the ‘Site’), we value the intellectual property rights of others just like we expect others to value ours. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c), a copyright owner or their representative can submit a takedown notice to us through our DMCA Agent, whose contact information can be found below. As an internet service provider, we are protected from infringement claims under the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA. If you wish to submit a valid infringement claim to us, you need to provide the following information:

Section 17 USC §512(f) outlines civil penalties for providing false information in an infringement notification under 17 USC §512(c)(3), including costs and attorney fees.
All takedown notices should be sent via our Contact page. Email is preferred for quicker processing.
By submitting a claim, you acknowledge that we may disclose your identity and information to the alleged infringer.
